"We have been a customer of CC&H since we moved to Connecticut in 2000.  We have been generally pleased I would say.....I want to tell you of an exceptional experience we most recently had with one of your service professionals.  I took the time to write his name down off of his uniform, VISHNU.  This young man was in my house on Friday.  He was unquesitonably the most professional we have had in a long time --- regardless of company and equipment being serviced.  He had a great mannerism about him and had a way to explain something so easily and understandable.  We are after all not knowledgeable  about this equipment in our home; it is very large and complex.  In the past, generally, technicians like to keep you in the dark it seems to make what they are doing more of a mystery.  Vishnu answered our questions and spoke so basic about it that it made it easier to understand what would be the cause of the problems. The conversation with him put my wife and I to ease about the problems and the tune up and the status of our equipment.  He also had a very clear mastery of the equipment himself.  He knew exactly what to do and what to check next if the first path did not resolve the point.

I do not want to go on too long.  I just wanted to make certain what a fine young mand and a great asset you have to your company in Vishnu.  I was just completely impressed .  My wife as well reacted to my impressions with all the same thoughts.  Beyond his knowledge, he was respectful of us and our home.  He was very careful to put the little shoe mitts on his shoes before he entered the house.  He let us know along the way where he was going to next in the house and when he was done in a particular area.

Congratulations. It would be a pleasure to have Vishnu service our home and our equipment in the future.  I can not say enough positives about how wonderful a reflection he makes on your company when he calls on a home.
